Our marketing strategy is designed to reduce vacancy cost while also gaining visibility to the largest pool of prospective tenants possible. Once we have obtained professional pictures of your property, we utilize several marketing channels that include but are not limited to: social media, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), websites such as Zillow, banners/information signs at the property, & our digital storefront display in Downtown Historic Bridgeport.
The cost of our management service varies between 8%-10%, based on several factors, including total number of properties that we are managing for you, and geographic location within Texas.
We physically inspect every property 90 days after move in, and every 6 months thereafter. Each owner is provided a detailed report of the property condition, any lease violations noted, and interior & exterior pictures of the property.
We purchased our first rental property in 2011, and our second in 2017. Since 2017, we have added around 50 properties to our own rental portfolio in DFW, Wise County, Wichita County, & Montague County. We have the diverse experience and systems in place to ensure proper management of your real estate assets as if they were our own.

We flipped this strategy on its head. We began purchasing our own rental properties, and gained the experience of managing our properties prior to taking on outside clients.
